Interview Predictor is operated by Karawya LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why. Short version: we don't store your resume or the job posting.

Resumes and job postings

If you upload a CV file (PDF or Word), it is read inside your browser; the file itself is never sent to us. When you generate a preview or kit, the CV text and job posting are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write your output, and is then discarded. We do not save it, log it or use it for anything else. Anthropic processes it under its commercial API terms.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your card details. From Stripe we receive your email address and whether the payment succeeded. We store your access code together with that email address and the number of kits left, so we can help if you lose your code or have a billing problem.

Free preview limit

To limit free previews to 3 per day, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address combined with the date. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Stored in your browser

Your last resume, job posting and access code are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't have to paste them again. This data stays on your device; you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. Our logs never include the text of resumes or job postings.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the email address linked to your access code, or ask what we hold about you, by contacting us. We don't sell your data.
