Refund Policy

All sales are final

Interview Predictor is a digital product that is delivered instantly: your access code appears as soon as you pay. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you change your mind or don't use all 3 kits.

You can try the free preview as often as the daily limit allows before buying, so you can see the quality of the output first.

The two exceptions

We will refund your purchase in full if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (we refund the extra charges), or
• No kit could be generated with your access code because of a technical problem on our side, and the problem isn't fixed within 2 business days of you contacting us.

How to contact us

• Reply to your Stripe payment receipt, or email us, with the email address you paid with or your access code.
• We aim to reply within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. The access code is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Failed generations

If a kit fails to generate, it is not counted against your code, so you can simply try again.
